1. Duties and Responsibilities:
1.1 Follow up with support queries via telephone, email and live chat.
1.2 Use company CRM system to respond to tickets and communicate tasks and bugs to the development team
1.3 Bug testing and checks of Pandora Products.
1.4 Be in contact with the Account Manager– to discuss support reports regarding specific clients
1.5 Producing client support reports and provide to Account Manager in the UK
1.6 Be in contact with the Development Department in the Bursa Ulutek Office.
1.7 Keep up to date with latest software products in the market through market research
1.8 Testing for bugs within new developments
1.9 Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of the company’s software
1.10 Communicating Updates/bug fixes to our account managers and marketing department
2. Technical Experience
2.1 Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint.
2.2 Experience with CRM software.

Training will be provided in appropriate information management for the post.
3.6 To maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with Policy and Procedures. The post holder may access information only on a need to know basis in the direct discharge of duties and divulge information only in the proper course of their duties.
3.7 To conform at all times to the Policies and Procedures of the company.
3.8 To be flexible and adaptable and undertake any other appropriate roles and responsibilities as requested and required.
